
A "swarm" is a group of computers sharing the same file (whether or not some of them have a complete version of it).
The .torrent file is what identifies this group of computers from which you can download/share data blocks.
A "block" is a portion of the file being shared.

These look good but produce the generic all encompassing diagram in black boxes and lines. The specific imagined narratives can fill in the black boxes to illustrate a possible transfer or serices of transfers. This generic diagram will help you to define your analog.
