Using the language of frequency intersection and blockage that I derived from my analogue, I chose a charged site at the mouth of the Williamsburg Bridge that deals with the intersection of automobiles, bikes, the subway, water traffic, and pedestrians. This site is reconciling the different tonal, speed, and demographic frequencies of this small zone.
